Orlando, FL — Appliance Installation

Appliance installation
done right the first time

A dishwasher that leaks under the sink. A dryer vent disconnected behind the wall. We've fixed both — because the first installer didn't test their work. We do.

What we do differently

Install it. Test it.
Then leave.

Most appliance calls we get are callbacks — someone else installed a dishwasher and it developed a slow leak, or a dryer vent was never properly connected and the laundry room fills with humidity. We do it once and verify before we pack up.

Dishwashers, OTR microwaves, garbage disposals, refrigerator water lines, and dryer vents are our most common installs. We bring the hardware and fittings. You supply the appliance — or we can pick one up.

Not sure if it's a straightforward swap or a bigger job? Send us a photo. We'll tell you upfront.

What's included

Every install, every time

Install & hookup

Water supply lines, drain connections, venting, and electrical — fully connected per manufacturer specs. We bring standard fittings and hardware.

Test run & leak check

We run the appliance through a full cycle before we leave. Dishwashers get a wash cycle. Disposals get tested under load. Dryer vents get airflow-verified.

Haul-away of old appliance

We disconnect and remove the old unit — no leaving a broken dishwasher on your driveway. Haul-away is included in the job quote, not added at the end.

Common questions

Good questions, straight answers

Which appliances do you install?

Dishwashers, over-the-range (OTR) microwaves, garbage disposals, refrigerator water lines, dryer vents, and range hood venting. We don't do gas line work — water heaters and gas appliances that require new gas connections need a licensed plumber or HVAC tech.

Do you haul away the old appliance?

Yes. Haul-away is included — just tell us when you request the estimate. We disconnect, remove, and take it with us. We don't leave old units curbside unless you specifically ask us to.

Do any of these installs require permits?

Appliance swaps — replacing like-for-like — typically don't require permits in Orange County. New circuit work or new rough-in plumbing does. If we identify anything that crosses that line, we'll tell you before we start and won't do unpermitted work that requires one.

Does it matter what brand or model?

No. We work with any brand. If you haven't bought the appliance yet and want a heads-up on anything that tends to be harder to install (unusual drain routing, non-standard mounting hardware), send us the model number first — we're happy to flag it.
