TV mounting
in Orlando, FL
The TV is on the wall, the cables are hidden, and the living room finally looks intentional. That’s the job.
Florida walls
aren't just drywall.
A lot of Central Florida homes built before 1990 — and many newer ones — use concrete block construction for exterior walls. Mount a TV bracket into concrete block the same way you would drywall and it will fail. The right approach is masonry anchors or Tapcon screws set into the block itself, not the mortar joint. We know the difference and carry the right hardware for it.
For drywall installations, we locate studs first — always. Toggle bolts and drywall anchors are a last resort for small items, never for a 65-inch TV on a full-motion mount. We confirm the wall layout before we drill, patch any missed test holes cleanly, and use a level to confirm the bracket is plumb before we hang the display.
Cable management is part of every install. Surface-mounted cable raceways, in-wall cable runs where the wall type allows, and outlet relocation if needed. We won't leave you with cables hanging down the wall and call it done. We also mount mirrors, artwork, shelving, and blinds — same approach, same standards.
Request an estimateHung right. Cables clean.
One flat price for the full install. Bracket included if you need one, or we use yours.
Bracket & mount installation
Studs located, bracket aligned and leveled, hardware matched to your wall type. Fixed, tilt, or full-motion mount — we set all three. We can supply the bracket if you don't have one yet.
Cable management
Surface raceways or in-wall cable runs depending on your wall type. HDMI, power, AV cables routed clean so the wall behind your TV doesn't look like a nest.
Final check & cleanup
TV hung, cables routed, picture confirmed on screen. Any test holes patched. We don't leave until the install is confirmed working and the area is clean.
Straight answers.
My wall might be concrete block. Can you still mount a TV?
Yes — concrete block is common in Central Florida and we mount into it regularly. It requires masonry anchors or Tapcon screws rather than drywall hardware, and we carry both. Tell us about the wall when you request the estimate and we'll bring the right gear.
Do I need to buy the mounting bracket?
Not necessarily. We carry common fixed and tilt brackets for standard TV sizes and can include one in the quote. If you have a specific mount in mind or already purchased one, we'll install it. For large-format or commercial displays, we recommend confirming the bracket load rating before we arrive.
Can you hide the cables in the wall?
In most drywall walls, yes. In-wall cable runs require cutting access holes and fishing the cables through — we do this and patch the holes cleanly. Concrete block walls can't be fished the same way, so we use surface raceways instead. Either way, we leave it clean.
Do you also mount mirrors, shelves, and artwork?
All of the above. Same approach — right hardware for the wall type, hung level, holes patched. Heavy mirrors and large art get the same stud-finding and anchor confirmation as a TV bracket.
