Florida floors need
to be done right.

Humidity is the variable most installers underestimate in Central Florida. Luxury vinyl plank has become the go-to flooring in Orlando for a reason — it's dimensionally stable, waterproof at the core, and doesn't cup or gap the way solid hardwood can when humidity swings between a July afternoon and an air-conditioned interior. We stock-recommend LVP in most Florida applications, but we install what you choose.

What separates a good installation from one that squeaks, separates, or shows lippage after six months is subfloor prep. Before a single plank goes down, we check the subfloor for level, firmness, and moisture. High spots get ground down. Low spots get filled. Loose fasteners get secured. If the subfloor has damage that needs addressing first, we tell you before we start — not after we've installed half the room.

We handle flooring installation across greater Orlando including Dr. Phillips, College Park, Winter Garden, Maitland, and Lake Nona, as well as surrounding cities. Request an estimate and we'll measure the space, confirm the material, and quote it flat with no hidden costs for demo or disposal.

What's included

Start to finish. One quote.

The price we quote is the price you pay. Demo, prep, install, and cleanup — all in.

Subfloor prep

We check and correct level, firmness, and moisture before any material goes down. Skipping this step is how floors fail — we don't skip it.

Installation & trim

Planks or tile laid tight with proper expansion gaps. Clean cuts at walls and transitions at every doorway. No exposed edges, no raw cuts.

Demo & haul-away

If the old floor needs to come out first, we pull it and dispose of it. No extra charge to add it to the scope — it's part of the job.

Common questions

Straight answers.

LVP vs. tile — which is better for Florida?

Both work. LVP is faster to install, easier underfoot, and warmer to the touch — good for bedrooms and living areas. Tile is harder, better in wet areas like bathrooms and laundry rooms, and lasts longer under heavy use. We'll give you a straight read on which makes sense for your specific room.

What if the subfloor has damage?

We find out before we start. If there's rot, soft spots, or structural issues, we flag them during the estimate and quote the repair separately. We won't install over a bad subfloor and call it done.

Do you move furniture?

For smaller pieces, yes. Large furniture — sectionals, pianos, built-ins — needs to be cleared before we arrive. We'll let you know exactly what needs to move when we walk the space.

Can I supply my own material?

Yes. If you've already purchased flooring, we'll install it. Bring us the spec sheet so we can confirm it's appropriate for the subfloor and application — some products have installation requirements that affect labor.
