Orlando, FL — Fitness Equipment Assembly

Fitness equipment assembly
done right the first time

A treadmill with a loose bolt isn't just annoying — it's a safety issue. We assemble, torque, and test every piece before we pack up. No leftover parts, no mystery bolts.

What we assemble

If it came in a box,
we can put it together.

Treadmills, stationary bikes, rowing machines, ellipticals, power racks, cable machines, weight benches, multi-station home gyms — if it requires more than one person and an afternoon of frustration, that's our job.

Fitness equipment assembly instructions range from decent to genuinely terrible. We've worked through them all. We know where manufacturers cut corners in the hardware pack, which bolts actually need threadlocker, and which adjustments need to be made after the first few uses.

We also move the assembled equipment to its final position and check that it's level. Most people assemble in the doorway and never think about how to get it into the corner of the room.

What's included

Every job, every time

Cardio equipment

Treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and rowing machines. We handle the electrical hookup (power cord routing), leveling feet, and console calibration where applicable.

Strength equipment

Power racks, cable machines, squat stands, weight benches, and multi-station home gyms. We torque all structural bolts to spec and check cable routing for safety before loading.

Positioning & leveling

Assembled and moved to its final spot, leveled, and tested with weight or movement. We don't leave it in the middle of the room because that's where we built it.

Common questions

Good questions, straight answers

How long does assembly take?

Simple benches or bikes: 30–60 minutes. Treadmills: 1–1.5 hours. Power racks and cable machines: 2–3 hours depending on size. Multi-station home gyms can take 3–5 hours. We quote time before we start.

Do I need to be home during assembly?

For the start and end, yes — we'll want to confirm placement and show you the adjustment points before we leave. You don't need to watch the whole process.

What if a part is missing or damaged?

We inventory the hardware pack before we start. If something's missing, we'll tell you immediately and help you contact the manufacturer for a replacement part rather than making it work with the wrong bolt.

Do you disassemble and reassemble for moves?

Yes. If you're moving and need equipment broken down and put back together at the new location, that's a service we offer. Quote is based on equipment type and distance.
